This paper critically reflects on the initial implementation of a Transformational Learning approach in a First Year Information Systems course at UNSW@ADFA. The paper reviews and synthesises elements of contemporary thinking in the student-centred paradigm of higher education and learning under the banner of Transformational Learning.
