Accommodation at selected venues has been secured at a reduced rate for conference delegates. Credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel and the equivalent of one night’s room rate will be debited by the hotel. CANCELLATIONS
• All cancellations must be in writing to the Conference Management Organiser.
Your cancellation is not effective until you receive confirmation.
• A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received prior to 1 May 2005
• No refund of registration fee will be made after the 1st May 2005.
• Accommodation cancellations will be refered to the hotel's cancellation policy.
• Any change of accommodation booking or cancellation should be made directly to the hotel.
