The conference will be held at The University of Western Australia adjacent to the Swan River. All registrants will be provided with complimentary membership of the University Club during their attendance. This enables use of the Restaurant, Café and other facilities at any time during the conference. The club provides an ideal venue for meeting colleagues and exploring mutual interests. Social activities will include a cocktail reception and dinner. A range of accommodation options - from on-campus colleges to four star hotels in the nearby Central Business District of Perth is available to delegates through the Conference Secretariat, Travelworld CME. Novotel Langley is situated near the river. Its tasteful recent refurbishment is evident in the use of warm contemporary colours, designs and textures. Attractively furnished rooms include flat screen stereo televisions, ADSL Internet connection and large work areas. Mercure Hotel Perth in the city has been stylishly refurbished throughout its foyer, dining and bar areas. Hotel rooms now include LCD TV screens, ADSL Internet connection and spacious work desks. Hotel Ibis in the centre of the city is close to shopping and Perth’s trendy designer wear and café strip. Each standard room offers refrigerator, private ensuite and in-house movies. Quest Subiaco, located in a suburb near the University, is close to Subiaco oval and many diverse eating and entertainment venues. It has fully serviced and business equipped apartments with full kitchen facilities, swimming pool and spa, and secure car parking. Trinity College and Conference Centre (230 Hampden Road, Crawley) is opposite the conference venue. It is located on direct bus routes to Perth and Fremantle, and offers free car parking. There are many local shops, cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away including those on the river foreshore. All prices quoted are inclusive of breakfast and GST.
