Accommodation options
These accommodation options can be booked online and are included in the registration form or you can submit an email for an accommodation quote.
MILLENNIUM HOTEL ROTORUA (Conference Hotel)

Millennium Hotel Rotorua is nestled within landscaped gardens and is a brief stroll from the City Centre, Rotorua’s Convention Centre, Lake Rotorua, Polynesian Spa, and only minutes from Rotorua’s key tourist attractions and adventure activities. The hotel has the following features:

The hotel features an excellent standard of 227 air-conditioned premium and deluxe rooms. There are king-sized beds in the double rooms and two double beds in the twin rooms. All rooms feature a private bath, shower, radio, colour television, Sky TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerator and a fully stocked mini-bar. The cost is as follows:

Conference Rate: $165.00 (includes GST) per night
Options: Single, Double or Twin Room
Other: Inter-Connecting, Triple Rooms available on request (*price may vary for these extra options)
   

SUDIMA HOTEL
(2 minutes walk to the Conference Venue, Millennium Hotel)
The Sudima Hotel is Rotorua’s largest accommodation provider with 250 guest rooms. As the name suggests, they sit snugly on the shores of Lake Rotorua while remaining a five-minute walk away from the central business district. Set on the shores of Lake Rotorua, they are adjacent to the famous Polynesian Spa complex and the beautiful Government Gardens.

On site facilities include a fully licensed Restaurant and House Bar, three private spa pools and heated swimming pool

The Sudima Hotel offers guests well appointed rooms, many with superb views of Lake Rotorua. All rooms offer ensuite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, colour TV, Sky TV, CNN, In-house movies, mini bar and 24 hour reception and room service. The cost for one night is as follows:

Conference Rate: $130.00 + GST ($146.25) per room, per night
Options: Single, Double or Twin Room
Other: Inter-Connecting, Triple Rooms available on request (*price may vary for these extra options)
 

AMBASSADOR THERMAL MOTEL
(5 minutes walk to the Conference Venue, Millennium Hotel)
The Ambassador Thermal Motel is just a 5 minute walk to the Millennium Hotel and the CBD. There are 19 spacious units available which include studios, one-bedroom and 2 bedroom units, all complete with fully equipped kitchens, microwave, thermal heating, a queen size bed, Sky TV and a hair dryer. On site there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, two genuine mineral pools, an outdoor spa, guest laundry and drying room as well as BBQ facilities. Also available by request are breakfasts.

Studio Units
(Will sleep 1 – 2 guests)
Includes kitchenette and ensuite bathroom

Conference Rate: $105.00 for 1- 2 people

One Bedroom Units
(Will sleep up to five guests).
Includes kitchen, ensuite and living area

Conference Rate: $120.00 for 2 people, $15.00 per additional person

Two Bedroom Units (Will sleep up to seven guests)
Includes living area, kitchen and ensuite bathroom

Conference Rate: $175.00 for 4 people, $15.00 per additional person

PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION:
Payment for accommodation bookings is required prior to your arrival. Payment can be made at the time of registration or separately by direct credit, cheque, bank draft or credit card.

*Company charge back facilities are also available and you can select this as a payment option on the registration form.

 

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have pre booked accommodation and need to cancel a full refund will be provided up until 10 days prior to the Conference.

If bookings are cancelled within 10 days there may be a cancellation penalty and this is at the accommodation providers discretion.

If bookings are cancelled within 48 hours one nights accommodation will be charged and if cancelled any later than 48 hours no refund is applicable.
