  Guidelines for Posters

Refereed abstract
10 minutes (up to 5 min presentation, 5 min discussion)

Posters allow participants with similar interests to interact by using the poster as a discussion point. The conference organisers regard posters as an equally important alternative to oral presentations. Posters will be available for viewing in the poster and exhibition room for the duration of the conference. Interactive poster review sessions will be specified in the conference program. In these sessions, a specialist discussant will introduce and review several posters organised around a theme, and then chair a general discussion allowing each poster presenter up to five minutes to offer comments or argument before discussion.

Proposals for poster presentations will be evaluated on the same criteria as for research and scholarly papers. Proposals will be required in the form of an abstract of no more than 500 words outlining the context and outcome for the poster.
