Pre Conference Workshop Fees

There are four pre Conference workshops available, abstracts can be viewed on the programme page of the website.

New Members Breakfast  

The New Member’s breakfast is available to delegates registering at the full non-member rate.
Entry by ticket only and you must order your ticket on the Conference Registration Form.

Time:       7.00am – 8.00am

  • Conference Satchel & Handbook
  • Attendance at all sessions 01 – 04 July 2008, excluding pre-conference workshops on 1 July, which must be registered and paid for separately
  • Attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 1 July
  • Morning Tea, Afternoon Teas & Lunches as specified in the Conference Programme
  • Attendance at the Conference Dinner on Thursday 3 July
  • Non-Member Fees include $140.00 Annual Membership of HERDSA

  • Conference dinner must be paid for separately if you are attending on Thursday 3 July

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations notified in writing to ‘The Organiser’ prior to 10 June 2008 will be eligible for a refund less NZD$250.
Cancellations notified after this date will not be eligible for a refund, however registration may be transferred to another eligble person.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover, travel cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility.
Please discuss insurance cover with your travel agent when booking air travel.

Payments

All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to guarantee payment.
All payments must be received in New Zealand dollars. A GST invoice will be provided to you once payment has been made.

Tax Invoice and GST

A tax invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.

Confirmation of Registration

All registrations will be sent a confirmation/tax invoice. If you supply an email address the confirmation will be sent to that address as a formatted message. The tax invoice will also be attached in HTMLformat In case your email messages are received as text only (ie. unformatted).
