Important dates

Flights need to be booked early or they will be prohibitively expensive

To assist with early travel and accommodation bookings the conference organisers have opened the registrations and call for contributions in 2008. If you require confirmation of paper acceptance before booking your flights please submit by the 2008 early submission date.

All submissions must be made through the MyReview online system. We anticipate this system will be available mid October.

16 March	All reviews from 2 ^nd submission deadline due in
Early April	Notification to authors regarding review outcomes from 2 ^nd submission deadline
19 April	Closing date for revised submissions for all categories. Please ensure that you update the correct submission
19 April	Closing date for informing the conference convenors of your intention to present at HERDSA 2009.
Mid May	Program available
30 May	Early bird Registration closes. Standard Registration fees now apply
1 July	Standard Registration closes. Late Registration fees now apply
6 - 9 July	Conference
