Accommodation
PLEASE NOTE: All hotel rooms have now been released. If you have already made a hotel reservation then this will be passed on to the hotel along with the card details that you have provided to secure the booking. There are still rooms available at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, The Old Woolstore and The Hobart Leisure Inn Macquarie. If you would like to stay at one fo these hotels but have not already made a reservation then please contact the team at Conference Design on 03 6231 2999.
Accommodation Bookings
You will need to provide credit card details when booking accommodation. In the event of a cancellation or a ‘no show’ a cancellation fee may be charged to your card by the hotel. You may pre-pay one night or the full accommodation amount. Pre-payments must be received by Conference Design at least 14 days prior to the Conference. Please indicate how much you wish to pre-pay on the registration form.
Accommodation Accounts
You will need to settle your hotel account, including any incidental expenses, when checking out. Any pre-payments we receive prior to the conference will have been forwarded to your hotel.
Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to Conference Design at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or 'no-shows' will attract a penalty of at least one night’s accommodation.
