Visa Information
All overseas visitors are required to have a valid passport and the appropriate visa for their stay (with the exception of delegates from visa-free countries - please see below).

It is suggested that that an allowance of a minimum 3 months is made for the processing of your visa by Immigration New Zealand or the applicable New Zealand embassy/consulate in your country of residence.

AUT City Campus
AUT City Campus is located at 55 Wellesley Street East, Auckland CBD.

Parking
Unless you have an AUT Parking Permit, the Wilson’s car parks on St Pauls Street or Wakefield Street as well as the on street Pay and Display car parks are recommended for short term or daily parking.

Public Transport
Auckland public transport, such as busses, trains and ferries, is convenient way to travel within the Auckland region.

ATM
There is an ANZ ATM located on the AUT University City Campus, just inside the entrance of WC building, near the AUT University Fitness Centre.

Restaurants
Auckland City offers a wide range of excellent restaurants – we recommend the Viaduct Harbour for a selection of top restaurants and bars.

If you have any emergency, please contact the police, ambulance or fire departments by calling 111 from any landline or mobile phone.

Emergency Protocol
Please be aware of the exits within the university in the event of an emergency evacuation.
