Developing a Power Driven Model for Personnel Management of a Drug Research Laboratory

Abstract

Three parts are included in the management of a drug research laboratory: personnel management, instrument management and archives management. By examining related researchconducted from 1998 to 2012, and based on the the operation of one key laboratory, from a human resource mangement and leadership perspective, this research focuses on the personnel management of a drug research laboratory. This study proposes a power driven model to make personnel management more effective. Moreover, some new concepts related to the personnel management model are developed and further enumerated.
