如何保障大学教学质量,实现研究与教学、专业研究与教学研究并重是高等教育长期以来且在今后将始终面临的重大问题。高校努力发展教学学术水平是解决这一问题的有效办法。報告將根据教学学术、教学学术能力的内涵以及教学学术能力发展的路径,分析中国大陆高校教师教学学术能力现状以及影响教学学术水平发展的大学评价、学校、教师个人等等内外因素,并从制度环境以及人文环境改造等角度提出了解决对策。

Abstract

How to ensure quality of teaching and academic research in universities is a serious challenge to higher education nowadays. Effective strategy of tackling the challenge is to to enhance the level of quality teaching. This study reports analysis of current teaching competences in higher education of mainland China based on content of teaching and path of academic development. It also presents internal and external factors affecting evaluation of univeristy quality teaching development, content of teaching and teachers’ qualities. In a perspective of instituional and humanistic environment, this study also provides solutions for the challenge.
