Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

* Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.

Full registration fees include

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Delegate satchel
  • Welcome reception ticket (1)
  • All morning and afternoon teas and lunches

Dinner tickets for full delegates are available for $50 per person.

Guests and one day delegates may purchase a dinner ticket for $130 per person.

Delegates may attend a workshop for $75 per person, per workshop. This cost includes morning tea or afternoon tea. People who register for 2 workshops will also be entitled to a lunch voucher.

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.

Payment of registration fees

All payments must be in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment may be made by:

Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference secretariat. Registration cancellations received by Friday 29 May 2020 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD110.

Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 29 May 2020 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the HERDSA 2020 conference secretariat is advised in writing.
