Accommodation
We highly encourage you to book your accommodation as soon as possible, as July is an especially busy time in Singapore.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved on behalf of conference delegates who are attending onsite at several hotels near University Town, National University of Singapore. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be allocated when a booking is received. To secure the conference accommodation rates, bookings should be made online as part of the registration process. The booking deadline is Monday 1 June 2026.
Please indicate your estimated time of hotel arrival during the booking process. If you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time if arriving after 18:00 may mean that your room will be released.
Please notify your requests for changes or cancellation by email directly to the conference organiser. Be aware each hotel has its own cancellation policy from 45 days prior to arrival ranging from one night cancellation fee to 100% cancellation fee depending on the date of cancellation. Please ensure you understand the policy for the hotel you are booking.
If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the conference, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.
Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online conference registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, hotels may charge this credit card for part or all of your accommodation charges. Please ensure you understand each hotel’s payment policy.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation received 29 days prior to arrival will be charged one night cancellation fee. Any cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay amount.

Any cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival (from 4 June onwards) will incur full cancellation fees, equal to the total cost of the booking.
Should there be a no-show (on actual day of arrival) for confirmed reservations; full duration of the booked room charges will be levied to Individual Guests credit card as no-show charge.
