Group registration and discounts

We are pleased to offer group registration options for organisations sending multiple delegates.

Organisations registering more than two delegates can complete all registrations together using the group registration portal and receive a single invoice.

In addition, a 5% discount is available for groups registering 20 or more delegates. To access this discount, organisations are asked to email the conference organiser via herdsa@expertevents.con.au, with a list of delegate names in advance. A unique discount code for each organisation will then be provided for use when completing registrations via the online group registration portal.

To be eligible for these group discounts, all delegates must be from the same institution, and the offer applies only to full onsite registrations. The discount is applied to the conference registration fee only and does not extend to workshops or social function tickets.

Anyone who registers for onsite attendance, but then at a later date is unable to travel to University Town, National University of Singapore, will be transferred over to a virtual conference registration type and will be refunded the difference in price up until 5pm AEST Friday 19 June 2026. See cancellations and refund policy below for specific details on our refund polices.
